Meet the Teacher
Dr. Cathleen Pittman is the founder of Our Learning Studio, a leading academic and organizational support practice, and the host of The Tutor Mentor Podcast. Cathleen is an experienced executive function specialist and academic coach serving students and families within the local community and across the country.
Cathleen is also a strategy partner helping tutoring business owners and other professionals move their organizations forward with purpose by focusing on executive function skills such as clarifying priorities, managing time, building systems, visualizing outcomes, reducing overwhelm with practical strategies, and moving ideas into action.
Cathleen's career as an educator spans over 30 years. She has served as a teacher or administrator at the public school, community college, and four-year university levels. She spent 15 years serving as the Beginning Teacher Evaluator for the public school system where she mentored teachers during the first three years of their careers.
Dr. Pittman holds an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education, a graduate degree in Educational Leadership, and a doctoral degree in Higher Education Administration.
