When my waitlist continued to grow and I no longer had time to work ON my business since I was always working IN my business, it was time to explore new ways to support students!
I reflected on the following questions:
- How can I serve more students without increasing my contact hours?
- How can I create meaningful online experiences beyond one-on-one tutoring?
- How can I provide high quality instruction while freeing up time to work ON my business instead of simply IN my business?
- Could I create an online course for children?
- Is there a way to structure a course for children that blends self-paced online work with live instruction and individualized feedback?
I spent about 9 months building my hybrid model workshop, and I'm going to take you on a behind-the-scenes look at how I created my signature hybrid model writing program, Writing Workshop: Building the Basics!
